“JAPAN NIGHT 2014 in Music Matters” this May!!!

The Most Happening Japanese Music Event of the Year Returns!

“JAPAN NIGHT 2014 in Music Matters” is again going to be presented by BARKS in Singapore.

A Special Japanese music showcase introducing the latest and hottest from the Japanese music scene to the overseas public. Made its debut at Music Matters 2013 as “J-ROCK Matters”, the Japan showcase received overwhelming support and positive responses. This year, the Japan showcase is returning with a bang, revamped with a brand new identity, “JAPAN NIGHT 2014 in Music Matters”.

Billed as a Pre-Event in conjunction with a major music event “JAPAN NIGHT- MOVE WITH THE MUSIC OF JAPAN” which will be held at Yoyogi National Stadium in Tokyo on 28th-29th May 2014, Japan’s best and iconic music artists will gathered together to celebrate the final farewell performance at the historical Tokyo concert venue before it draws its curtains up for the transformation into the new National Olympic Stadium for the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.

“JAPAN NIGHT 2014 in Music Matters” returns with a boosted line-up. 3 artists carefully selected from wide genres of rock, pop and hip hop to stimulate your senses and enjoyment to the fullest. The three artists going to perform this May hasn’t been announced yet but last year, they had WEAVER, flumpool and SID rock the stage. The review from last year’s Music Matters event is here and here.

Anyhow, we would like everyone to experience the diversity of Japanese music scene!
