Eight Ranger 2 movie trailer

Firstly aired on July 28^th, 2012, Eight Ranger is a movie based on an ongoing series of skits performed by Kanjani8 at their concerts. Eight Rangers movie is a Japanese tokusatsu comedy movie featuring the members of the boyband Kanjani8. The movie is set in the year 2035.

The first movie’s plot is about a declining birthrate combined with a series of economic and natural disasters which caused society to slowly lose hope for the future. Therefore, in response to the increasing crime rate in Eight City, citizens organize a Superhero Society and assemble a rag-tag group of weird characters called “Eight Ranger” to protect them.

The sequel of the movie, Eight Ranger 2, is scheduled to hit theaters on July 26^th. The sequel is set 5 years after the first movie. This time the 7 members will try to stop the crime with the tax money in 2040 in Eight City.
