THE GAZETTE – HERESY LIMITED THE DARK HALLOWEEN NIGHT [-SPOOKY BOX-] AT ZEPP TOKYO [28th Oct 2016]

October means Halloween! And for some bands, Halloween turn into special lives with Halloween theme. The fans always love it. the GazettE never tried before, why not this year? This is what happened on 28th October at Zepp Tokyo.

Many fans head to Tokyo for this special night with their favorite band. Even with rain and cold weather, the GazettE fans was not scared to go with costumes! Cosplayers, zombies, police officers, anything you can imagine you can see walking around, taking photos and having fun while waiting anxious for the show. Sooner Zepp Tokyo was full and everyone was excited. Nobody know what to expect, how the members will look like, the only thing they know was the band called themselves as “CREEPY DEAD PUPPETS”.

A big red curtain was covering the stage but sudden a Joker appears. Who is it? One of the staff members came to talk about rules during the show, and of course, the fans laugh because even the staffs was in Halloween spirit! And the live house too, with a complete dark start, the emergency lights flashing, creepy song and then you could hear in a very scary voice. “You Beast Inside”. The voice was far away, with some eco, the fans already started screaming, they know where this voice came from, and with a huge surprise, the stage was reveal while INSIDE BEAST starts. Claps and screams, the fans finally could see AOI, RUKI, REITA, URUHA and KAI with the Halloween costumes. Clothes, make up, KAI drums with spider webs, even the stage, with painted stonewall and windows gave a more creepy feeling. Well the GazettE fans are not scared of anything, with or without costumes, everyone started to jump and with an excitement, MY DEVIL ON THE BED came to start that Halloween party.

RUKI did not disappointed the fans, soon he got his cane and started to walk around stage, teasing the fans while singing and dancing. Even doing some sexy moves with the cane, which let the fans even more excited. Claps can be hear in all Zepp Tokyo and VENOMOUS SPIDER’S WEB started. The other members came to the front and walk on the stage, everyone look excited while teasing their fans, asking for more of them. RED and GABRIEL ON THE GALLOWS came and the crowd did not disappointed the GazettE either, singing together and giving their best to turn that party even better.

GANGES NI AKAI BARA came with a huge acclamation from the fans who did not listened to this song for a while. Flames came to the stage but they gone as soon you could hear AOI guitar’s noise. All know what it means. BURIAL APPLICANT! Another song who was receive with acclamation and head bangs from agitated fans, who just have a quick breath when DISTRESS AND COMA started. With a little modification in the intro, green lights, huge chandelier on the stage turned on, all that together with the song gave everyone a deep feeling on that night. But the party can’t stop. 13STARS[-]1 came to make everyone broke their necks. AOI, REITA, KAI and URUHA was not afraid to head bang with their fans while RUKI started with a very creepy voice and amazing screams. The entire crowd was commanded by RUKI, who asked for more head bang and the fans gave a demonstration of what the GazettE fan can do. Oh yeah, hairs flying everywhere, nobody stopped, not even the second floor.

All the Zepp Tokyo was turning that Halloween party into a Rock Halloween Party! HEDORO, VERMIN, HESITATING MEANS DEATH, with a killer sequence the GazettE ask more of their fans, even the members was extremely excited moving together with all the crowd, and that was amazing view. RUKI let the fans sing the “Ooh Ooh” from HESITATING MEANS DEATH, REITA was showing his tongue, AOI head banged like he doesn’t care, URUHA teased his fans every time he go to the front and KAI was giving all his energy on that drums. Of course, the fans gave more energy to the GazettE, with screams asked by RUKI, UGLY started and that moment gave all a chill on the spine. You again are transport for inside that amazing PV with all the feeling you can get from the live house. HEADACHEMAN came to make the crowd turned into a mess, jumping, head banging, moshing and amazing energy followed by the famous “UNTIL DIE!” and “BREAK! BREAK! BREAK!”. We all know ATTITUDE was coming. You could hear RUKI asking for more from his fans, even REITA and AOI was asking more of their fans with their hands. Is incredible the connection that the GazettE have with their fans, because everyone was acting like one and with LINDA~candydive Pinky heaven~ that live house turned into a crazy moshing and claps from everybody.

Members left the stage looking very tired, but the fans wanted more and soon the acclamation for an encore started. That night cannot end yet, one thing still missing. KAI came back alone for the encore, talked about their first Halloween event and how it feels, saying was fun and soon his voice echoed in all live house. AKAI ONE PIECE started with that drums intro but… nobody came. KAI was confused, looked to both sides and hold the intro a little longer. Nothing. What is happening? When the drums stopped, the member came in with smiles on their faces saying is birthday time! Yes, 28^th October is KAI’s birthday! The Joker staff came in when RUKI said “SHU CREAM!” and 5 small Cream Puffs came… but not normal Cream Puffs. Wasabi Cream Puffs. Poor KAI did not know but all the Cream puffs had Wasabi inside, but RUKI told him just one had it. When KAI choose one and bite into it… WASABI! Everyone laughed; even the members and RUKI used a devil laugh while telling the true. The real cake came and the fans singed Happy Birthday to their leader. A really fun and special moment on that Halloween night for all the fans. AKAI ONE PIECE finally started and all the energy was back. Members walking around the stage, fans screaming and singing, Psychedelic Heroine came next and that night was full of surprises. The Spoooooooky Box, as RUKI said, screamed loud when RUKI grab his red megaphone. “HEY, ARE YOU READY?” Extremely excited fans jumped while SILLY GOD DISCO started a very famous song from album called NIL. AOI, REITA, URUHA and KAI was waving to one side and another together with the fans hands and that moment bring just one feeling inside everyone. Happiness.

Hyena and TOMORROW NEVER DIES gave that night an amazing end with the fans screams. RUKI didn’t want that night to end, nobody wanted, but when they came back for second encore with KANTOU DOUGEZA KUMIAI everyone knows, that the last song. Fans and the GazettE members gave all their energy one last time for that amazing night.

the GazettE first Halloween Live was a huge success and fans are excited for next one, since the live was limited for HERESY fanclub only, many fans couldn’t go. Maybe we all get lucky and next year we will see the “CREEPY DEAD PUPPETS” again. Why not?
